Edgar Evins Marina was built in 1990 and is one of the largest marinas on Center Hill Lake with presently over 400 slips that accommodate 20-foot to 70-foot boats. The facility is constructed of permanent, long-lasting materials that require little maintenance and present a pleasing appearance. Included in the facility is a floating restaurant and store. The project was designed by Maffett, Inc. and constructed by William C. Maffett, Contractor, under the supervision of Tennessee State Parks and the approval of the United States Corp of Engineers.

Florence Harbor is a full service marina located at mile 256 on the Tennessee River on Lake Pickwick. It is within the city limits of Florence, Alabama. The project consisted of building 110 new wet slips ranging from 20-foot to 60-foot, transient tie ups for an additional 17 boats, two 10,000 gallon fuel tanks, a pump out station, and a floating two-story restaurant seating up to 140 people. The project was completed in 1997. It was designed by Maffet, Inc., built by William C. Maffett, Contractor, and developed for Marina City Incorporated.

Built for one of the nation's leading boat manufacturers, this 300,000 sq. ft. facility is unique in that, at the time of construction, it had the largest bay spacing of any cold-rolled metal building constructed. The bay spacing is
40ft. X 80ft. giving ample room for boat manufacturing.
