Premier Medical Park Cookeville, TN This project grew from a renovation to an existing two-story shopping center to an office complex for physicians, diagnostic imaging services, and other medical related offices. With success comes growth and pictured here is a portion of the new wing addition to the original project. The addition includes more medical offices and services along with a drugstore and a coffee shop. |

Prosser Hall |
Prosser Hall Bethel College McKenzie, TN Our firm was responsible for the structural design on this new 96-bed Co-Educational Residence Hall for the college. Incorporated into the design is an outdoor courtyard. Other features include accompanying study, support and recreational areas. Related project services included a Campus Master Plan in conjunction with a Five-Year Growth Plan. |

| Town Reconstruction Dowelltown, TN In 1974, Tennessee had numerous tornadoes ravage the state destroying many urban and rural communities. The Dowelltown, TN community along with other areas of DeKalb County received extensive damage. Our firm was retained to redesign the entire town including streets, curbs and sidewalks, sewer and water, along with buildings consisting of a bank, shopping center, residential housing, library, service station, and a manufacturing facility. |

| New River Bridges Scott County, TN In the late 1970s, the firm of Box-Cannella-Howland-Maffett-Rinks, of which William C. Maffett was a principal and the CEO, was hired to design a number of bridges in Eastern Tennessee that were scheduled to be replaced by a federal bridge replacement program. Several of the bridges over the New River in Scott County were extensive wiith concrete piers approaching 90 ft. in height and lengths of several thousand feet. |

| Water & Sewage Dowelltown, Liberty, & Alexandria, TN In addition to the rebuilding of the City of Dowelltown, TN, our firm was employed by various governmental agencies throughout DeKalb County under the Federal Model Cities Program to design numerous civil engineering projects. These projects were carried out in the late 1970s into the early 1980s. |

| New Roads & Streets DeKalb County, TN Under the Federal Model Cities Program, our firm was employed by the Tennessee cities of Smithville, Alexandria, Liberty, and Dowelltown to design programs of downtown redevelopment including curbs, gutters, sidewalks, landscaping, parking, and traffic control. |
