24-Unit Assisted Living Hartsville, TN		Trousdale Senior Living Center 24-Unit Assisted Living Hartsville, TN Maffett-Bouton was approached to design an assisted living facility in Hartsivlle, TN with a residential feel.  Design inlcudes private rooms with bathrooms, kitchenettes, and patios as well as tenant laundry, beauty shops, and communal dining areas.  The facility utilizes metal structure with brick veneer and a metal roof.
52-Unit Assisted Living Facility Portland, TN		52-Unit Assisted Living Facility Portland, TN Located in the Richland Place senior living community in Portland, Maffett-Bouton designed an innovative social-concept, residential style, two-story, assisted living facility for one of Tennessee's most progressive medical facility administrators.  The project utilized metal stud construction with concrete floors, brick veneer and metal roofing.
24-Unit Assisted Living Facility		24-Unit Assisted Living Facility Lafayette, TN In June of 2007, Maffett-Bouton and Associates was approached by an owner who had high hopes of starting an assisted living facility providing a comfortable, spacious environment while still being conscious of construction cost.  In February of 2009, the project received certification from the State of Tennessee with each of the owner's expectations being met.
