Women's Residence Hall		Women's Residence Hall Tennessee Technological University Cookeville, TN Following suit with the styles of the other residence halls and instruction halls, the new women's residence hall incorporates the suite concept. The cost was approximately $13 million dollars. Maffett - Bouton & Associates was responsible for project construction administration, portions of the mechanical engineering and systems engineering.
Labry Hall		Labry Hall, Cumberland University Lebanon, TN The combination of renovation and addition to an existing historically classical structure makes this a truly unique project. The old gymnasium, fallen to ruin, was converted into three stories of classrooms and twenty teacher's stations. An atrium is sided by the brick of the original exterior gym wall and the new wall of the addition. Large windows span from floor to ceiling to create an open, relaxed atmosphere and serves as passive solar heat intake which is stored in the old brick gym wall.
Memorial Hall Renovation		Memorial Hall Renovation, Cumberland University Lebanon, TN Originally built in the 1800's, the renovation of this building included interior finishes, a new mechnical system, and upgrades for ADA compliance. It houses offices, classrooms, an auditorium, and serves as a student center.
DeKalb County West		DeKalb County West School Smithville, TN This K-8 public school is designed with Contemporary Type 1 non-combustible design.
