Cookeville Pediatrics Cookeville, TN		Cookeville Pediatrics Cookeville, TN In 2007, Maffett-Bouton designed an office facility for Cookeville Pediatric Associates.  Features included exposed wood ceilings and trusses in common areas as well as high windows to let in natural sunlight.  This project utilizes wood construction, brick and stone veneer, Hardie board siding, and a shingle roof.
52-Unit Assisted Living Facility Portland, TN		52-Unit Assisted Living Facility Portland, TN Located in the Richland Place senior living community in Portland, Maffett-Bouton designed an innovative social-concept, residential style, two-story, assisted living facility for one of Tennessee's most progressive medical facility administrators.  The project utilized metal stud construction with concrete floors, brick veneer and metal roofing.
Premier Medical Park		Premier Medical Park Cookeville, TN From the original 40,000 square foot renovation design in 1997 to the 36,000 square foot south wing addition design in 2003, and all the tenant build-outs in between, Maffett-Btouon overcame adverse site conditions to create a successful medical facility used by many.
Puckett Dental Office		Puckett Dental Office Livingston, TN In 2005, Maffett-Bouton designed a complete three-level facility for Puckett Dental which inluded an upper-level private residential suite, main level dentist office and lower level business office space.  This facility was designed over an underground spring utilitzing a steel structure, metal studs, brick, and a shingle roof.
