The Lakeside Resort project consists of the design of an 18,800 square foot lodge and conference center on the banks of Center Hill Lake. The lodge includes 26 units featuring private wood decks, wireless broadband, and many other special amenities. Also included as a part of this project is a solar-heated swimming pool with a view of the lake. The project is fully ADA compliant. Is it used as a lodge and educational facility for the Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency and was financed by USDA Rural Development.

One of Lebanon's newest motels, this lodge consists of 88 units including an indoor pool, conference room, and other amenities.

Apart from the traditional Best Western structures, this particular motel has a distinctive interior and exterior design with a homey and roomy atmosphere. This concept has been adapted for numerous subsequent motels built.

Originally built as a Best Western for the general public, it is now owned by Cracker Barrel and is home to employees while for training.
Holiday Inn Express
Nashville, TN
Our construction management team designed and constructed this three-story lodge featuring 60+ rooms, indoor and outdoor pool. It is a contemporary style with standing seam metal roof.
RECREATION

Dogwood Performance Pavilion		 Dogwood Performance Pavilion
Cookeville, TN
This is Cookeville's first outdoor amphitheater and is used year round for both public and private functions. The acoustics are superb for concerts. It is adjacent to the Dogwood Park, a small garden area complete with a gazebo, park benches, and an extensive variation of roses. It was designed and developed for Leisure Services on the City of Cookeville and is easily maintainable and maintenanced.

Sparta Amphitheater

Sparta, TN
This project was designed and developed for the City of Sparta for both public and private use. This is Sparta's first outdoor amphitheater and is located in the heart of the city standing on ground between two "old town" stores. It provides grandstand style seating.

Bowling World

Cookeville, TN
Built in the 1970s, this facility received the Stran Building Award for Recreational Facility in 1983 for overall design of a recreational building. In addition to the 32 bowling lanes, it has a private meeting/party room, a snack grill, arcade, lockers, and a pro shop.
Golf Course & Club House
Livingston, TN & Smithville, TN
This was a joint venture design project with other local firms. Our firm provided the clubhouse design, golf course irrigation and civil engineering.
