Regal Boats Mfg.		Regal Boats Mfg. Smithville, TN Built for one of the nation's leading boat manufacturers, this 300,000 sq. ft. facility is unique in that, at the time of construction, it had the largest bay spacing of any cold rolled metal building constructed. The bay spacing is 40ft. X 80ft. giving ample room for boat manufacturing.
S W Manufacturing		S W Manufacturing Smithville, TN This is a Japanese owned auto part manufacturing facility. It is approximately 250,000 sq. ft. in size.
Hutchinson USA		Hutchinson USA Byrdstown, TN A unique design indeed as twin two-story manufacturing facilities stand side by side. The building in the foreground has 49,500 sq.ft. housing office space, an employee cafeteria, lockers and showers, a kitchen, an executive conference room, rest rooms, and industrial/manufacturing area. The second facility is a 85,000 sq. ft. structure connected to the first building by a self-contained breezeway. The building contains office space, manufacturing and shipping. In 1998, Metal Architecture magazine awarded it Honorable Mention in the category of "Best Manufacturing Facility in the United States."
