		Smith County Headstart South Carthage, TN Maffett-Bouton was approached by Mayor Michael Nesbitt to design and entire campus for Smith County.  The first building for this campus was the career center.  This facility utilizes metal construction as well as split-free block, metal siding, and metal roofing.

Smith County Health Department		Smith County Career Center South Carthage, TN Maffett-Bouton was approached by Mayor Michael Nesbitt to design and entire campus for Smith County.  The first building for this campus was the career center.  This facility utilizes metal construction as well as split-free block, metal siding, and metal roofing.
Smith County Health Department		Smith County Health Department South Carthage, TN The Smith County Health Department is the second addition to the municipal campus in South Carthage, TN. This facility includes everything necessary to run both a dental and medical clinic.  Like other buildings on this campus, the facility utilizes metal construction, metal siding and roofing as well as split-face block while maintaining its own unique style.
Social Security Administration Facility		Social Security Administration Facility Cookeville, TN The 14,500 square foot facility, currently being occupied by the Social Security Administration in Cookeville, Tennessee, was designed by Maffett-Bouton using a post-and-beam building structure, metals studs, rubber roofing and brick veneer.  This project was completed in 2005.
Metro Center Office Building		Metro Center Office Building Nashville, TN This Tennessee State office building is approximately 220,000 sq. ft and is at a cost of $22 million dollars. This 4-story project consists of two wings of open office space with large meeting rooms, break areas, and file storage.  The structure was designed using an innovative composite steel concrete floor design saving cost and construction time.  One of it's largest residents is the state office for TennCare.
Sparta Fire Hall		Sparta Fire Hall Sparta, TN This award winning municipal facility is home to the Sparta Fire Department. It is a 10,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility with the capacity to house four fire fighting vehicles adn personnel cars, emergency generator, switching gear and fixed equipment, a classroom, recreation room, as well as restrooms, locker facilties, dormitories, and a kitchen.
DeKalb County Courthouse		DeKalb County Courthouse Smithville, TN In 1970, the City of Smithville, TN and DeKalb County was named a recipient of the Federal Model Cities program. The classic style courthouse was funded under this program and presently houses all branches of the county government and court system.
